Fallen Tree Branch in Pearland, TX

After one of Houston's fearsome summer storms a branch came loose and made a football sized hole in this unlucky homeowners roof. Rain poured into the hole for hours until the storm subsided, causing a puddle in the attic below. With another band of showers on the way, more damage was inevitable. Until they called SERVPRO of South Pasadena! Our teams were at the residence within the hour and tarped the hole to prevent any further damage from the coming rains which were only hours away. As soon as the weather band passed, we returned to the scene and fixed the roof without issue. Our immediate response prevented further damage and kept the homeowner safe from outside until the damage was properly repaired.
